Our gelato is prepared daily with only fresh high quality ingredients.
For example, two of our most popular creamy flavours, “Nocciola” and “Pistacchio” are made with fresh cream and whole milk, blended with hazelnuts from Piemonte and pistachoes from Bronte, Sicily.
Another specialty, “Stracciatella di Caffè” (Coffee Chocolate Chip), is made with fresh espresso coffee.
The sorbet or fruit gelato is prepared with only fruit, water and sugar, so it is very important to choose only the best fresh and ripe fruits available: blueberries and raspberries from Garfagnana, melons and white peaches from Grosseto and figs from our own backyard!
Our unique semifreddo/mousse flavours are blended by hand using fresh whipped cream. To obtain our famous “Nocciolato” we add pasteurized egg yolks, creamy dark chocolate and whole hazelnuts. Other special flavours include “Ferrero Rocher Mousse” and “Zuppa alla Strega”.
All our gelato is gluten-free and does not contain hydrogenated fats.
The fruit and dark chocolate gelatos contain no milk or animal fats, thus are perfect for vegetarians and vegans.
