CdC_imm_2_SalatDuring lunch hour, we prepare pizza, panini and mixed salads using quality products almost all exclusively from Tuscany. For example, olive oil from San Casciano, “Finocchiona” salami from Pontassieve, “Pecorino” cheese from Siena and goat cheese from Mugello.

Our pizza dough made with natural yeast, is covered with fresh “fior di latte” mozzarella and a rich tomato sauce.
Other added toppings include: Praga ham, grilled eggplants and peppers, prosciutto and cherry tomatoes, spicy salami and Gorgonzola cheese.
